IRFB5620PBF Description
This Digital Audio MOSFET is intended exclusively for Class-D audio amplifiers. To achieve low on-resistance per silicon area, this MOSFET employs cutting-edge processing techniques. Furthermore, essential Class-D audio amplifier performance aspects like as efficiency, THD, and EMI are improved by optimizing Gate charge, body-diode reverse recovery, and internal Gate resistance. This MOSFET also has a 175°C operational junction temperature and can do repeating avalanches. Because of these characteristics, this MOSFET is a very efficient, durable, and dependable semiconductor for ClassD audio amplifier applications.
