STP200N3LL is an N-channel power MOSFET in a TO-220 package. The MOSFET STP200N3LL has very low on-resistance, very low gate charge, high avalanche ruggedness, and low gate drives power loss. The STP200N3LL is specified for operation from -55°C to +150°C with 625mW power dissipation.
