STB80NF55-08AG Description
The Power MOSFET STB80NF55-08AG has been developed using STMicroelectronics’ unique STripFET process, specifically designed to minimize input capacitance and gate charge. This renders the STB80NF55-08AG suitable for use as a primary switch in advanced high-efficiency isolated DC-DC converters for telecom and computer applications, and applications with low gate charge driving requirements.
