IRG4PC30KD Description
IRG4PC30KD is a short-circuit rating which is an important index to measure the energy that IGBT can bear under the condition of short-circuit. In this case, the IGBT is forced to turn on, and a high voltage is applied at both ends of the collector-emitter terminal. This can result in very high current and very high power levels in the equipment.
