The STD7LN80K5 is a DPAK-packaged N-channel 800 V, 0.95 typ., 5 A MDmeshTM K5 Power MOSFET. MDmeshTM K5 technology, based on an innovative patented vertical structure, was used to build this very high voltage N-channel Power MOSFET. For applications needing great power density and efficiency, the outcome is a significant reduction in on-resistance and an ultra-low gate charge.
