IRF5852 Description
These P-channel HEXFET power MOSFET from International Rectifier use advanced technology to achieve extremely low on-resistance per silicon area. This advantage provides designers with extremely efficient devices for use in battery and load management applications. The RDS (conduction) of HEXFET power MOSFET produced by TSOP-6 packages with custom lead frames is 60% lower than that of SOT-23 of similar size. The package is very suitable for applications with limited space on printed circuit boards. Its unique thermal design and RDS (on) reduction increase current handling capacity by nearly 300% compared to SOT-23.
