CoolMOS? is a revolutionary technology for high voltage power MOSFETs, designed according to the super-junction (SJ) principle and pioneered by Infineon Technologies. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the MOSFET IPB65R420CFD is in the TO-263-3 package with 83.3W power dissipation.
