CSD88584Q5DC Description
The CSD88584Q5DC 40Mel V power module is optimized for high-current motor control applications such as handheld devices, wireless gardens and power tools. The device leverages TI's patented stacking chip technology to provide a complete half-bridge in a space-saving, thermally enhanced DualCool'5 mm ?á 6 mm package to minimize parasitic inductance. The power block device has an exposed metal top, allowing simple heat sink applications to achieve excellent thermal performance at the high currents required by many motor control applications by packaging the top and away from the printed circuit board.
