FDPF15N65 Description
UniFETTM MOSFET FDPF15N65 is Fairchild Semiconductor's high voltage MOSFET series based on planar stripe and DMOS technology. The MOSFET is tailor-made to restore on-resistance and provides better switching performance and higher avalanche energy intensity. The device family is suitable for switching power supply converter applications such as power factor correction (PFC), flat panel display (FPD) TV power supplies, ATX and electronic lamp ballasts.
