BD136 Description
The BD136 is a PNP complementary epitaxial planar Low Voltage Transistor mounted in the plastic package. The STMicroelectronics BD136 is designed for audio amplifiers and drivers utilizing complementary or quasi-complementary circuits. The BD136 operates within ambient temperatures from -65 to 150°C and with a power dissipation of 1.25W. The Transistor BD136 can be applied in industrial, audio, and power management applications.
