STW24N60M2 Description
STW24N60M2 devices are N-channel Power MOSFETs based on MDmesh II PlusTM low Qg technology, which is a new version of MDmeshTM technology. These ground-breaking Power MOSFETs combine a vertical structure with the company's strip layout to produce one of the lowest on-resistance and gate charge in the world. As a result, they're well-suited to the most demanding high-efficiency converters.
