STW24N60DM2 MOSFET Description
The STW24N60DM2 is an FDmesh II PlusTM low Qg Power MOSFET with an inherent fast-recovery body diode made with MDmeshTM II PlusTM low Qg technology. These ground-breaking Power MOSFETs combine a vertical structure with the company's strip layout to produce one of the world's lowest on-resistance and gate charges. As a result, they are perfect for bridge topologies and ZVS phase-shift converters, as well as the most demanding high-efficiency converters.
