The FETKY Copackage hexadecode and Schottky Diodes provide designers with an innovative board space-saving solution for switching rectifier and power management applications. HXEETMOSEEIS combines with low forward DRON Schottky to form a very efficient device, which is suitable for a variety of portable electronic applications. The S0-8 has been modified to enhance the heat dissipation and multi-chip capabilities of the custom lead frame, making it ideal for a variety of power applications. Through these improvements, multiple devices can be used in one application, and the significant internal connection of the power board space makes the Boaro output design easier and less stray inductors.
