Based on the frequency of 1.4GHz~2.4GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.A 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
