RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 2.3GHz~3.8GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.24-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
