MC1496BDR2G Overview
A frequency of 300MHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 14 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.14-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 125°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 5mA in order to deliver its performance.
