The enhanced 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package makes it an excellent RF IC.Tube package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 20 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 20-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -25°C.
