IRF8707PbF Description
In the industry-standard SO-8 packaging, the IRF8707PbF combines the newest HEXFET Power MOSFET Silicon Technology. To reduce both conduction and switching losses, the IRF8707PbF has been adjusted for characteristics that are crucial in synchronous buck operation, such as Rds(on) and gate charge. This product is suited for high-efficiency DC-DC converters that power the current generation of CPUs for notebook and Netcom applications due to the lower total losses.
