STGB3HF60HD Description
STGB3HF60HD is a type of very fast IGBT with an ultrafast soft-recovery co-pack diode. It is designed based on a new advanced planar technology to deliver lower conduction losses and more stable switching performance (Eoff) versus temperature. Moreover, it is characterized by the minimal tail current. The AUIRGP50B60PD1E IGBT is housed in the D2PAK package for saving board space.
