IRL100HS121 Description
With a voltage of 100V, the IRL100HS121 is a single power MOSFET transistor from Infineon Technologies. IRL100HS121 has a working temperature of -55°C to 175°C TJ and comes in Tape & Reel (TR) packaging. Infineon's new logic-level power MOSFETs are available in three voltage classes (60V, 80V, and 100V) and are ideal for wireless charging, telecom, and adaptor applications. The PQFN 2x2 package is ideal for high-speed switching and applications with a small form factor. It allows for higher power density, increased efficiency, and significant space savings.
