IRGPF50F IGBT Description
The IRGPF50F IGBT sees its wide uses in a host of high-voltage, high-current applications. It has got a compact TO-247C industry-class package. At VGE=15V, it can hold a continuous Collector current of up to 28 A. It's built rugged and reliable facing the harshest environment.
