For induction heating and soft switching applications, the IRGP4068DPBF is a 600V UltraFast Copack Trench IGBT in a TO-247 package with an ultra-low vf diode. A device designed for induction heating and soft switching applications, with great efficiency, thanks to low VCE(on) and switching losses, as well as ultra-low VF applications.
