STD140N6F7 Description


STD140N6F7 is a 60V N-channel STripFET F7 Power MOSFET. This N-channel Power MOSFET STD140N6F7 utilizes STripFET F7 technology with an enhanced trench gate structure that results in very low on-state resistance, while also reducing internal capacitance and gate charge for faster and more efficient switching. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the Transistor STD140N6F7 is in the TO-252-3 package with 134W power dissipation.
