STD13N60M2 is a 600V N-channel MDmesh M2 Power MOSFET. The STMicroelectronics STD13N60M2 can be applied in switching applications due to the following features. The STD13N60M2 is an N-channel Power MOSFET developed using the MDmesh? M2 technology. Thanks to its strip layout and an improved vertical structure, the STD13N60M2 exhibits low on-resistance and optimized switching characteristics, rendering it suitable for the most demanding high-efficiency converters.
