STW40N65M2 is a type of N-channel power MOSFET provided by ON Semiconductor based on the MDmesh? M2 technology. Based on its strip layout and an improved vertical structure, it is able to provide low on-resistance and optimized switching characteristics. As a result, power MOSFET STW40N65M2 is well suited for high-efficiency converters.
