STGWT20HP65FB Description
The STGWT20HP65FB is an IGBT built with a proprietary trench gate field-stop structure. The STGWT20HP65FB is part of the new HB series of IGBTs, which offers the best balance of conduction and switching loss to maximize the efficiency of any frequency converter.
