In order to save board space, the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The system operates at a frequency of 142MHz~1.05GHz.
