To save space on the board, RF transceiver IC has a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, RF transceiver's mounting method is Surface Mount.In this case, the result is a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability is provided by the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).There are 20 pins on the transceiver RF circuit board.A frequency of 425MHz~525MHz is used as the basis for operation.
