PD204-6C/L3 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 170V permanently. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. A circuit made up of photodiodes could release heat 150mW. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 32V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 10nA current.
