FGH75N60SFTU Description
FGH75N60SFTU is a 600v field stop IGBT. Using Novel Field Stop IGBT Technology, Fairchild's new series of Field Stop IGBTs offer the optimum performance for Induction Heating, UPS, SMPS, and PFC applications where low conduction and switching losses are essential. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the transistor FGH75N60SFTU is in the TO-247 package with 452w Power Dissipation.
