This N-channel MOSFET   FDMA8878 is produced using ONSEMI's advanced POWERTRENCH process, which has been optimized for RDS (ON) and switching performance.

Max rDS(on) = 19 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V, ID = 8.5 A
