FCPF11N60T Description
FCPF11N60 is an N-channel SuperFET? high voltage super-junction MOSFET that uses charge balance technology to deliver outstanding low ON-resistance and low gate charge. The technology is designed to minimize conduction losses, provide superior switching performance, a high dV/dt rate, and higher avalanche energy. Consequently, SuperFET MOSFETs are well suited for switching power applications such as PFC, server/telecom power, FPD TV power, ATX power, and industrial power.
