CSD15380F3T Description
This N-Channel FemtoFETTM MOSFET, rated at 20 V, is developed and tuned to have the smallest possible footprint in a variety of handheld and mobile applications. Switching rates are enhanced by extremely low capacitance. The low capacitance lowers noise coupling when employed in data line applications. Standard tiny signal MOSFETs can be replaced with this technology while having a significantly smaller footprint.
