The BSC146N10LS5ATMA1 is an OptiMOS? 5 power MOSFET at the logic level and is highly suitable for charging, adapter and telecom applications. The device's low gate charge reduces switching losses without compromising conduction losses. Logic-level MOSFETs allow operations at high switching frequencies and can be driven directly from microcontrollers due to a low gate threshold voltage.
