TEMD7000X01 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). Photodiodes are protected by 0805 (2012 Metric) packages in order to ensure their safety. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 60V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 215mW. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. Photodiodes should release 215mW heat in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is 60V, the photodiodes can operate properly in the DC circuit. Photodiodes are supposed to operate at 1V voltage. A photodiode occurs even at 1nA current without light input.
