BPV10NF Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 60V if it is continuously reverse-biased. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 215mW heat. For photodiodes to function properly, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for the photodiodes. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 60V. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 215mW. Using reverse voltage of 60V in the DC circuit may allow the photodiodes to function properly. For a photodiode to operate, a voltage of 1.3V is required. Photodiodes should be operated with a breakdown voltage of 60V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 1nA.
