TEMD5510FX01 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for protection. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into SMD/SMT packages in order to protect them from damage. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 16V voltage. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 16V for the photodiodes. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. In a circuit, the photodiodes may release 215mW heat. During operation of a photodiode, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. A reverse anode voltage of 16V should be applied to the photodiodes. An ideal circuit would allow the photodiodes to release a maximum amount of heat in the form of 215mW heat. DC photodiodes can operate properly when the reverse voltage is 16V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2nA.
