BSC094N06LS5ATMA1 MOSFETs are appropriate for wireless charging, adapter, and other telecom-related applications. The device's low gate charge minimizes switching losses, without compromising conduction losses. The upgraded devices' figues of merit permit operation at high frequency switching. In addition the logic level drive can provide an extremely low threshold voltage for the gate which allows MOSFETs to be controlled at 5V direct from microcontrollers.
