2SD1047 Description
2SD1047 belongs to the family of high-power NPN epitaxial planar bipolar transistors that are manufactured by STMicroelectronics based on the new BiT-LA (Bipolar transistor for linear amplifier) technology. As a result, the 2SD1047 transistor is able to provide good gain linearity behavior.
