UZ5890 Overview


It is necessary to supply this electrical device with a reverse leakage current of 5 μA @ 64.8 V.A voltage of 10% indicates the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.In operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is set to 90 V.This device can only be operated when the working test voltage is set to 15 mA.As soon as the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches its maximum, the value reaches 90 mV/°C.For this device to operate properly, a reverse testing voltage of 64.8 V is recommended.
