UZ5809 Overview


This electrical device requires reverse leakage current of 100 μA @ 6.9 V.Tol is the maximum voltage that can be supplied (10%).The maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 9.1 V during operation.Working test voltage should be set to 150 mA for this device to operate.When the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches its maximum, it reaches 5.46 mV/°C.To ensure full operation of this device, a reverse test voltage of 6.6 V is recommended.
