UZ5830 Overview


This electrical device requires reverse leakage current of 10 μA @ 21.6 V.Tol is the maximum voltage that can be supplied (10%).The maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 30 V during operation.Working test voltage should be set to 40 mA for this device to operate.When the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches its maximum, it reaches 27 mV/°C.To ensure full operation of this device, a reverse test voltage of 21.6 V is recommended.
