UZ5815 Overview


An electrical device like this requires a reverse leakage current of 15 μA @ 11.4 V.A maximum voltage (Tol) can be supplied if 10% is set.While the device is operating, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 15 V.This device must be operated with the working test voltage set to 75 mA.12 mV/°C is reached when the temperature coefficient (Temp Coeff) reaches its maximum.This device requires a reverse test voltage of 10.8 V.
