UZ5814 Overview


It is necessary to supply this electrical device with a reverse leakage current of 20 μA @ 10.6 V.A voltage of 10% indicates the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.In operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is set to 14 V.This device can only be operated when the working test voltage is set to 100 mA.As soon as the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches its maximum, the value reaches 11.2 mV/°C.For this device to operate properly, a reverse testing voltage of 10.1 V is recommended.
