UZ5824 Overview


In order to supply this electrical device, a reverse leakage current of 10 μA @ 18.2 V is required.This value (Tol) represents the maximum voltage that can be supplied.Zener (Nom) voltage is reduced to 24 V during operation.This device should be operated with 50 mA as the working test voltage.The voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches 21.6 mV/°C at maximum value.Reverse test voltages of 17.3 V are recommended for maximum functionality.
