UZ5870 Overview


To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 5 μA @ 50.5 V is required.10% is the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.Zener single diode is important to note that during operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 70 V.In order to operate this device, the working test voltage should be set to 20 mA.Zener single diode reaches 70 mV/°C when the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches maximum.A reverse test voltage of 50.5 V is recommended for full operation of this device.
