TIP127 Description
TIP127 belongs to the family of high-voltage complementary power Darlington transistors that are manufactured by STMicroelectronics based on planar technology with a “base island” layout and monolithic Darlington configuration. Due to its high gain performance coupled with very low collector-emitter saturation voltage, the TIP127 transistor is well suited for general-purpose linear and switching applications.
