TIP102 Description
The TIP102 is a monolithic Darlington silicon epitaxial-base NPN power transistor packaged in a TO-220 plastic container. It's designed for linear and switching power applications. TIP107 is the complementary PNP type. TIP102 has a maximum power dissipation of 80W and an operating temperature of 150°C TJ. TIP102 contains three pins and is packaged in TO-220-3 format.
