NPN - Darlington 150°C TJ 500μA 1 Elements 3 Terminations SILICON TO-220-3 Tube Through Hole
TIP120 NPN bipolar transistor is built in planar technology with a "base island" arrangement and a monolithic Darlington parir circuits configuration. The TIP120 has a maximum collector dissipation of 65W and a maximum current gain (hfe) of 1000, making it excellent for use in a wide range of switching and amplification applications in logic electronic circuits. It is very popular among Arduino and audio hobbyists due to its high current and amplification capability.
