STL6P3LLH6 Description
STL6P3LLH6 is a P-channel Power MOSFET developed using the STripFET H6 technology with a new trench gate structure. And the main parameters of the STMicroelectronics STL6P3LLH6 are Power MOSFET, P Channel, 30 V, 6 A, 0.024 ohm, PowerFLAT, and Surface Mount. The resulting Power MOSFET exhibits very low RDS(on) in all packages. What's more, the STL6P3LLH6 operates within ambient temperatures from -55 to 150°C and with a power dissipation of 2.9W.
